Job Overview
We are hiring experienced Estimation Engineers for HVAC, Electrical, and MEP disciplines to work on Industrial and Data Centre projects. Candidates should have strong expertise in pre-bid estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, project planning, and coordination with procurement and execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Review GFC drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, material requests, and variation sheets.
- Perform costing, rate analysis, and estimation.
- Coordinate with procurement, planning, vendors, and project teams.
- Prepare project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project (MSP).
- Support commissioning documentation and project handover.
Mandatory Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 2+ years in Estimation.
- Experience in Pre-Bid Estimation.
- Experience in Data Centre or Industrial contracting projects.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and costing.
- Experience in HVAC systems including Chillers, VRF, AHU, FCU, Ventilation, Ducting, and Piping.
- For MEP positions, expertise in one core discipline (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) is acceptable.
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project (MSP).
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
