Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The candidate will play a key role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Explain company products and services to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in sales, telecalling, or business development is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of digital marketing services is a plus.
