The Marketing Manager will be responsible for export lead generation, client qualification, follow-ups, and pipeline management, with a strong focus on revenue contribution and deal velocity, not just activities.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)1. Lead Generation & Funnel Management Generate and manage qualified export leads (IndiaMART, LinkedIn, email, inbound). Maintain and update the master sales funnel with 100% accuracy. Segment leads by country, product, buyer type, and deal size.
2. Client Scoping & Qualification Apply ICP / 80-20 principles to identify high-value buyers. Shortlist Top 20% clients contributing to 80% revenue potential. Filter out non-serious or low-intent inquiries
.3. Follow-ups & Deal Support Ensure structured WhatsApp & email follow-ups. Coordinate with founders on pricing, samples, specs, and PI readiness. Reduce deal cycle time through disciplined follow-ups.
4. Market Intelligence Track competitor pricing, buyer objections, and regional trends. Share weekly market insights to support sales strategy.5. Outreach Campaigns Manage IndiaMART leads, LinkedIn outreach coordination, and email campaigns. Track response rates and conversion ratios.
