Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Real Estate Telecaller & Property Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales and telecalling, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of property sales and investment opportunities.
The role involves generating leads, pitching UAE real estate projects, handling client inquiries, conducting follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and assisting potential investors throughout the sales process. Candidates must be confident in dealing with HNI (High Net Worth Individual) clients and capable of building long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales, Telecalling, or Property Consulting.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and property sales process.
- Understanding of residential, commercial, off-plan, and investment properties.
- Knowledge of the UAE property market will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is mandatory.
- Excellent sales pitching, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience handling HNI and investment-focused clients.
- Good computer knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, CRM software, and online communication tools.
- Ability to prepare professional presentations and investment proposals.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and investors.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through regular follow-ups.
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Promote UAE real estate projects and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
