Job Summary:
Responsible for delivering exceptional guest service at the front desk, managing check-in/check-out procedures, and handling reservations using the Opera PMS system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience
- Handle room reservations, modifications, and guest requests using Opera PMS
- Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and payment transactions
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow front office SOPs and hospitality standards
- Assist in preparing daily reports and shift handovers
Skills Required:
- Working knowledge of Opera PMS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and guest-handling abilities
- Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Professional grooming and presentation
Qualification & Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in Front Office operations
- Experience using Opera PMS is mandatory
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality properties
- Knowledge of reservations, billing, and guest relations
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
