- Handle customer inquiries regarding electrical products through calls and emails
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
