Position Overview
New Noida Industries Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to handle government department liaisoning, business development, registrations, tender coordination, and client relationship management. The candidate will represent the company before various government departments, attend pre-bid meetings, identify business opportunities, and contribute towards securing new projects for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit government departments, authorities, PSUs, and agencies for business development and company representation.
- Handle vendor registrations, enlistments, approvals, and documentation with government departments.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, tender openings, and client discussions on behalf of the company.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with government officials, consultants, and project authorities.
- Identify upcoming tenders, project opportunities, and infrastructure works relevant to the company.
- Coordinate with internal teams for tender participation and project follow-ups.
- Promote company capabilities, project portfolio, and services to government and institutional clients.
- Follow up regularly with departments regarding ongoing tenders, approvals, and business opportunities.
- Prepare presentations, company profiles, capability documents, and marketing materials.
- Support management in securing projects and expanding the company’s business network.
- Travel to various departments and project locations as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Preferred Qualification: MBA / Post Graduate in Marketing or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, business development, liaisoning, or tender-related activities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of government tendering processes and departmental functioning preferred.
- Ability to confidently interact with officials, consultants, and clients.
- Professional personality with strong presentation and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for official meetings and marketing activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, EPC, or government contracting sector.
- Existing network and exposure with government departments and authorities.
- Strong understanding of tender procedures, registrations, and pre-bid coordination.
- Target-oriented and capable of generating business opportunities independently.
Pay: ₹12,413.28 - ₹56,739.33 per month
