General Manager – Projects (Fire & Security Systems)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Projects to lead our Fire & Security Systems division. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the design, engineering, project execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Fire Detection, Fire Alarm, Fire Protection, CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Intrusion Alarm, and other ELV/Security Systems.
The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, leading engineering and execution teams, ensuring timely project completion, maintaining quality standards, and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
Age: 40 years and above.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Instrumentation or related discipline).
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Fire & Security Systems Design, Engineering, and Project Execution, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the complete lifecycle of Fire & Security System projects from design to handover.
Manage the engineering, design, estimation, execution, testing, commissioning, and maintenance teams.
Review system designs, drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and compliance with applicable standards.
Ensure projects are completed within budget, scope, quality standards, and timelines.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and statutory authorities.
Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, procurement, and site execution.
Ensure compliance with NBC, NFPA, BIS, TAC, and other relevant fire and safety standards.
Resolve technical and operational challenges during project execution.
Conduct project reviews, progress meetings, and reporting to senior management.
Mentor and develop engineering and project teams while driving operational excellence.
Support business development through technical presentations, customer interactions, and project planning.
