HR & Administration Executive
The HR & Administration Executive is responsible for supporting human resources functions and overseeing day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth business activities. The role includes recruitment support, employee record management, attendance tracking, payroll coordination, employee engagement, office administration, vendor management, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and on boarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and support payroll processing.
- Assist in employee engagement, training, and performance management activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support disciplinary processes and grievance handling when required.
Administration
- Manage office operations and ensure a well-maintained work environment.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management teams.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement activities.
- Maintain company assets and administrative records.
- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
- Monitor office expenses and assist in budget management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in HR and administrative functions (depending on role level).
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/HRMS systems.
