Job Summary
GTPL is seeking an experienced AVP / Sr. GM / GM – Enterprise Solutions (Software Sales) to drive business growth for Custom Software Development Services and G-Axis Products. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in enterprise software sales, business development, key account management, and strategic client acquisition while achieving aggressive revenue targets.
- Drive sales and business development for Custom Software Development and G-Axis Products.
- Identify and acquire new enterprise customers across various industries.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, business heads, and key decision-makers.
- Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and business presentations.
- Prepare proposals, RFPs, RFIs, commercial quotations, and solution presentations.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Technical, and Delivery teams to provide customer-centric solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close high-value enterprise deals.
- Develop strategic partnerships and channel relationships.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
