Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, email, chat, and social media
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and order support
- Maintain customer records in CRM tools
- Provide excellent customer experience throughout the process
Required Skills:
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
✔ Good knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Customer-first mindset with empathy and patience
✔ Fluency in English
✔ Malayalam or Telugu language is an added advantage
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
