- Develop and implement HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Handle disciplinary actions and investigations.
7. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor employee attendance.
- Manage leave requests and records.
- Ensure adherence to company attendance policies.
8. Workforce Planning
- Forecast future staffing requirements.
- Develop succession planning strategies.
- Support organizational growth initiatives.
9. HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards.
- Monitor employee turnover and retention metrics.
- Analyze workforce trends and recommend improvements.
10. Culture Building
- Promote company values and culture.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Key Skills Required
