Core Responsibilities
- Assessment & Diagnosis: Evaluate a patient’s medical history, test their range of motion, strength, and reflexes, and establish a clear clinical diagnosis.
- Treatment Planning: Design customized therapy programs incorporating therapeutic exercises, stretching, manual manipulation, and electrotherapy.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Continuously track patient progress, adjust interventions as needed, and document clinical notes.
- Patient Education: Teach patients and their families about injury prevention, ergonomics, and safe at-home exercises.
- Collaboration: Work alongside doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists to provide holistic, multidisciplinary care.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in physiotherapy (e.g., BPT or MPT) paired with a valid state or regional license. Bechlors degree - 5 years or more experience & MPT - Fresher or 1 year of experience.
- Physical Stamina: The ability to stand for long periods, maneuver patients' limbs, and demonstrate exercises.
- Interpersonal Skills: High levels of patience, empathy, and active listening to support patients through recovery.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
