Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Community Mobilizer to engage with local communities, create awareness about project initiatives, and encourage participation in development programs. The role involves fieldwork, community meetings, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct community outreach and awareness activities about project objectives and benefits.
- Mobilize community members to participate in training programs, workshops, and events.
- Build strong relationships with local leaders, community groups, and stakeholders.
- Organize community meetings, group discussions, and field visits.
- Identify community needs and provide feedback to the project team.
- Support the implementation of livelihood, education, health, or skill development programs.
- Maintain records of participants, attendance, and activity reports.
- Assist in monitoring and evaluation of project activities.
- Ensure effective communication between the project team and the community

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
