Job Description
F&I Dekor is hiring a Retail Sales Executive for our Mathura location. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual who can handle showroom customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable products, and achieve sales targets.
This is a good opportunity for candidates interested in retail sales, interior products, home décor, and customer service. Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits.
- Handle customer enquiries and generate sales leads.
- Follow up with potential customers through phone and other communication channels.
- Convert enquiries and walk-in customers into sales.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and individual sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays and overall showroom presentation.
- Maintain customer enquiry and sales records.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive buying experience.
- Coordinate with the team regarding orders, billing, delivery, and installation when required.
- Maintain updated knowledge of products, pricing, schemes, and new arrivals.
Candidate Requirements
- 12th pass or Graduate.
- 0–2 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, field sales, or customer service preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good Hindi communication skills; basic English will be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Customer-focused and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Candidates from Mathura or nearby areas will be preferred.
