- Lead and manage the overall branch operations.
- Achieve monthly business targets for chit enrollments and revenue.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Plan and execute local marketing activities, field campaigns, and business development initiatives.
- Monitor daily collections and ensure timely recovery of dues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and operational procedures.
- Analyze branch performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Head Office and other departments for smooth branch operations.
- Maintain branch profitability while controlling operational costs.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
