Job Title: CRM Executive – Real Estate
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
Location: Sector-16B, Gr. Noida
Department: CRM / Customer Relationship Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage post-sales customer relationship and ensure smooth on-boarding process.
- Handle customer queries related to bookings, payments, documentation, possession, and handover.
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM software regularly.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Projects teams for timely resolution of customer issues.
- Ensure timely collection follow-ups as per payment schedule.
- Prepare BBA, demand letters, receipts, and other customer communications.
- Maintain proper documentation (Agreement to Sell, Allotment Letter, KYC, etc.).
- Track and follow up on pending documents and payments.
- Provide regular reports on collections, customer complaints, and status updates.
- Support customers during possession and handover process.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate CRM / Post-Sales / Customer Handling.
- Strong knowledge of real estate documentation and payment processes.
- Good understanding of demand generation and collection process.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software tools.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with real estate developers.
- Knowledge of RERA guidelines and compliance processes.
- Ability to handle high-value customers professionally.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
