Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Complaint Executive to handle customer concerns, resolve order-related issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience in the e-commerce operations process. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to coordinate with internal departments for quick resolution of complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints through calls, emails, chats, and support tickets.
- Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, payments, returns, refunds, and product concerns.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams for complaint resolution.
- Maintain proper records of complaints and follow-up actions.
- Ensure timely closure of customer issues within the defined TAT.
- Escalate critical issues to concerned departments when necessary.
- Provide professional and courteous support to customers.
- Monitor recurring complaints and report trends to management.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
- Update CRM or internal systems with accurate complaint details.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam/Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple complaints simultaneously.
- Customer handling and conflict resolution abilities.
- Attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Qualification:
- Any Degree / Diploma
- Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce operations is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates with experience in e-commerce, logistics, or customer support will have added advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
