Position: Printing Supervisor
Experience: 10+ years in a reputed printing press
Location: Mahape MIDC, Navi Mumbai
Joining: Immediate
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience & capability)
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in a reputed printing press
- Strong knowledge of offset printing and production processes
- Experience in managing printing machines, production schedules and manpower
- Ability to monitor print quality, productivity and wastage
- Good understanding of paper, ink, colour management and printing specifications
- Strong team-handling and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under production deadlines and coordinate effectively with other departments
