- Key Responsibilities
- Full Stack Development
- Design develop and maintain full stack applications using MongoDB Express
- js React and Node

- Build reusable responsive UI components in React and ensure consistent UX across browsers and devices
- Develop secure scalable RESTful APIs in Node
- js Express and integrate them with front end workflows
- Model and manage data using MongoDB including schema design indexing and query optimization
- Quality Performance Collaboration
- Write clean testable code participate in code reviews and contribute to shared engineering standards
- Troubleshoot production issues optimize application performance and improve reliability and observability
- Collaborate with product design QA to refine requirements estimate effort and deliver features on time
- Maintain documentation for APIs components and key technical decisions to support team alignment
- AI Enabled Feature Delivery

- Minimum Qualifications
- 3 5 years of hands on experience building web applications using the MERN stack
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript TypeScript React Node

- Solid experience with MongoDB including data modeling and performance aware querying
- Understanding of authentication authorization patterns e

- JWT session based auth and secure API design
- Experience working with Git based version control and collaborative development practices
- Education BE ME BTECH MTECH MCA MSC MBA or equivalent practical experience
