We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage, guide, and support our team in achieving company targets. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily team activities, assigning work, monitoring individual and team performance, resolving team-related issues, and ensuring smooth workflow. The Team Leader will also motivate team members, conduct regular follow-ups, and coordinate with management to improve productivity and achieve business goals.
Requirements: Good communication and leadership skills, team-handling experience, problem-solving ability, and a target-oriented approach. Candidates with 3-5 years of relevant experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,018.23 - ₹35,542.57 per month
