Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Client Experience & Project Partner to serve as the bridge between our discerning clients and our creative teams. This role goes beyond coordination — it is about ensuring a seamless client journey while orchestrating flawless project delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their vision is clearly translated into actionable project deliverables.
- Partner with internal design & production teams to manage timelines, schedules, and client expectations.
- Provide accurate ETAs, delivery milestones, and progress updates to both clients and the team.
- Proactively track project status, flag bottlenecks, and drive timely resolutions.
- Maintain premium standards of client servicing, ensuring every interaction reflects Murphy Studios’ luxury ethos.
- Organize project documentation, meeting recaps, and follow-up communications.
- Support designers and production leads by aligning resources and timelines.
- Manage client feedback loops with tact and professionalism, balancing creative vision with delivery feasibility.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, client servicing, or account management, ideally within a creative, design, or production environment.
- Understanding of design production workflows; exposure to luxury/premium projects is highly valued.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking under tight deadlines.
- A natural client partner — empathetic, polished, and solution-oriented.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
