Role Overview
Lead the commercial and financial operations of a growing ALDS network. Drive profitability, business expansion, dealer partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Commercial Leadership
- Own P&L, revenue, margin & EBITDA targets
- Drive growth, pricing, and profitability initiatives
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Financial Management
- Lead budgeting, forecasting & financial planning
- Optimize cash flow, working capital & inventory
- Deliver MIS, analytics & performance insights
LPG Pump Management
- Manage Pump profitability and relationships
- Negotiate commercial agreements
- Cash Management, Cash Control
- Ensure Pump performance and compliance
Governance & Compliance
- Oversee GST, taxation, audits & regulations
- Strengthen financial controls and risk management
Ideal Candidate
- CA with strong commercial finance expertise
- Experience in LPG, CNG, Oil & Gas, Energy, or Infrastructure
- Proven success in P&L management and business growth
Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per month
