The Mission
- Funnel Mastery: Take charge of cold leads and inquiries, implementing high-converting calling strategies to drive maximum footfall into the clinic.

- Team Leadership & Motivation: Train, mentor, and motivate the front desk team and therapists to actively pitch, cross-sell, and upsell treatments and retail products.
- End-to-End Client Experience: Supervise the entire patient journey to ensure it meets premium, luxury standards, turning standard treatments into glowing reviews and word-of-mouth referrals.
Requirements
- Proven Track Record: 3+ years of core sales/counseling experience, specifically within premium Aesthetic Clinics, Cosmetology Centers, Trichology, or High-End Dental practices.
- Leadership Drive: Ability to command a floor, manage sales pipelines, and push a team toward collective monthly targets.
- Elite Communication: Sharp negotiation, objection-handling, and interpersonal skills.

At Aesthetica360, your earning potential matches your drive:
- Competitive Base Salary: Industry-best standard for top-tier talent.
- Direct Sales Commissions: High-percentage payouts on every luxury package you close.
- Team Target Bonuses: Overriding incentives when you motivate the therapists and front desk to hit collective clinic revenue goals.
