Job Summary:
Handle customer calls, schedule service appointments, follow up on service requests, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls for service reminders and follow-ups.
- Attend inbound customer inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments.
- Update customer records in the system.
- Coordinate with the service team for issue resolution.
- Collect customer feedback after service completion.
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in telecalling/customer support is preferred.
