Your Opportunity
- You are a Multi-Channel Marketer who is a versatile leader responsible for driving the brand across the entire patient journey. Your role integrates scientific promotion to HCPs, trade marketing excellence in retail,& digital/e-commerce innovation into a seamless brand experience who can pivot between clinical data interpretation for doctors& shopper-behavior strategies for retail pharmacists.
- As a part of global organization, we regularly work with local, neighboring, regional& global teams to drive marketing initiatives, including new product launches& campaigns collaborating with relevant stakeholders on ongoing& future developments. You will proactively& independently; build, execute& own brand growth strategy for the company’s product portfolio assigned to you that is in line with global organizational strategy& overall priorities.
- Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate the creation of scientific content for HCPs and creative assets for DTC/Retail channels, ensuring brand consistency and speed-to-market.
- You will work under the leadership of Marketing Head and closely collaborate with Marketing Managers to create& execute a multi-channel marketing plan leading to a seamless user journey delivering a delightful user experience.
- You will actively manage cross-functional stakeholders such as but not limited to, i.e. Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Taxation, Legal, Quality,& Regulatory etc. to deliver projects from brief through to delivery& manage external stakeholder& agency management i.e. creative agency, media agencies, vendors, distributors, etc. to meet business requirements thereby ensuring service level agreements& quality of services to deliver monthly sales.
- You will also co-ordinate with Strategy, ComEx& Field Teams to understand sales trends& business developments. You will conduct regular market visits to learn competition activity& consumer behavior to generate market feedback by engaging with HCPs, Retail Pharmacies and Patients generating first-hand understanding to refine marketing campaigns.
- You will implement& execute market research projects with multiple research agencies& as per identified needs. Convert insights into real opportunities& campaigns that drive the brand& business. You are comfortable working with big data, market research, customer surveys& web analytics tools to understand customer needs that help discover competitive& functional gaps to identify served& underserved needs& opportunities.
- You can conceptualize& execute patient support programs (PSPs) to enable high-value product selling& brand loyalty. Determine town& outlet penetration strategies to meet growth plans, ensuring the right GTM model for retail pharmacies& distributors. Maximize sales through superior trade visibility, distribution expansion,& customer engagement initiatives. Ensure trade marketing efforts are synchronized with mainline marketing& scientific initiatives. Develop& support in executing marketing plans for health& digital solutions to enhance engagement& usage in the digital arena.
- Define& manage marketing budgets while ensuring 100% compliance with legal requirements& internal SOPs.
- Be adept at conducting MarCom& campaign analysis generating reports to present learnings that drive brand growth. Use AI-driven insights and big data to discover competitive gaps and identify underserved patient needs. Perform predictive sales trend analysis to inform organization lead and lag indicators.
Who you are
- You are a “Creative Mind” who is / aspires to become a "Full-Stack Marketer" who can navigate the scientific rigors of HCP promotion while maintaining the agility of Retail/DTC& the technical fluency of Digital/E-commerce.
- You hold a bachelor / master’s degree in science / pharmacy / biotechnology / health sciences + a full time MBA from a top tier institute with at least 3+ years of experience in OTRx / healthcare OTC / pharmaceutical / med-tech / FMCG industry.
- You have experience in healthcare marketing e.g. medical devices, pharma& allied new product launches, establishing premium/luxury brands and find your purpose in helping patients and their families reduce the disease burden.
- You are a multi-tasker who can / have demonstrated success in managing multiple customer types& business models as well as digital tools to develop the right marketing mix.
- You are enthusiastic, self-starter, result driven manager to lead& own the brand story through multi-channel marketing with integrity, courage and passion.
