Job Summary:
The Service Advisor acts as a bridge between customers and the workshop team. Responsible for handling service enquiries, preparing job cards, explaining repair requirements, and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand vehicle service concerns clearly
- Prepare job cards with accurate details of complaints and required work
- Provide cost estimates and obtain customer approval before repair
- Coordinate with technicians for timely completion of service
- Update customers on repair status and delivery time
- Ensure proper billing and explanation of charges at vehicle delivery
- Promote additional services, AMC, and genuine spare parts
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure resolution
- Maintain service records and follow-up for periodic maintenance
- Achieve customer satisfaction and service revenue targets
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic technical knowledge of two-wheelers
- Computer knowledge for billing & job card entry
- Customer handling and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
