Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Team Leader with strong ERP experience to lead end-to-end project execution, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of ERP implementations and related solutions.
This role requires a blend of project management, functional understanding of ERP systems, and team leadership to drive timely and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ERP implementation and support projects
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and risks
- Manage a team of developers, consultants, and analysts
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and communication
- Drive issue resolution and ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain project quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
Mandatory Requirement
Hands-on experience working with ERP systems is required
(SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Microsoft Dynamics / Odoo or similar)
What We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in project management or team leadership roles
- Proven experience in ERP projects (implementation, customization, or support)
- Strong understanding of ERP modules such as:
- Finance
- Inventory
- Procurement
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Technical & Functional Skills
- Understanding of ERP workflows and business processes
- Basic technical understanding to coordinate with development teams
- Familiarity with:
- Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Project tracking tools (JIRA, Asana, etc.)
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS-based ERP platforms
- Industry exposure in B2B, Manufacturing, Retail, or Services
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.)
- Experience in client-facing roles
