Job Summary
PropertyAngel Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across multiple residential properties in Bangalore.
The candidate will be responsible for handling site operations, vendor coordination, maintenance quality checks, and ensuring timely completion of repair and maintenance activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end maintenance operations across assigned residential properties
- Review and prioritize maintenance requests based on urgency
- Coordinate with vendors and monitor service quality
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections
- Verify work completion and approve service reports
- Monitor repair costs and material usage
- Identify recurring maintenance issues and suggest preventive solutions
- Handle tenant and internal team escalations
- Maintain operational reports and maintenance documentation
- Support budgeting and cost-control activities
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related field preferred
- 3–6 years of experience in property maintenance, facility management, construction supervision, or real estate operations
- Good knowledge of civil, plumbing, electrical, and finishing works
- Experience in vendor handling and cost management
- Ability to manage multiple properties and field operations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with regular field visits
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
Salary & Benefits
