Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Measurement: Independently take physical measurements of completed interior panels, partitions, false ceilings, electrical conduits, wiring loops, and DB installations.
- JMR & RA Billing: Jointly record measurements (JMR) with subcontractors and check/process monthly Running Account (RA) bills against the approved Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Material Reconciliation: Maintain a strict weekly reconciliation tracker for high-value items (e.g., copper wiring rolls, LED fixtures, switches, commercial plywood, and veneers) to track and arrest on-site wastage.
- Extra Item Claims: Analyze and perform rate analysis for any non-tendered or extra items executed on-site due to design changes.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
