- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks within project deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Kafka.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Platform Engineering, Grafana.
- Strong knowledge of event streaming architecture and real-time data processing.
- Experience in designing and implementing distributed systems with high availability and fault tolerance.
- Familiarity with message brokering, data pipelines, and integration patterns.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance in complex software environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Apache Kafka.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
