Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and professional MIS & Corporate Coordination Manager who will represent SWG Trading Pvt. Ltd. at the head office level in Delhi and occasionally at international platforms. The candidate will be responsible for presenting company data, reports, and insights clearly and effectively to top management, including the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present accurate MIS reports to the CEO and head office.
- Represent the company in meetings with the Delhi head office and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Vivo India for reporting, performance tracking, and business updates.
- Create high-quality presentations (PPTs) for management reviews and strategic discussions.
- Analyze sales, distribution, and operational data across J&K.
- Ensure smooth and timely flow of information between regional and head office teams.
- Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and reporting standards.
- Support decision-making through data insights and performance analysis.
- Travel when required (Delhi and occasionally international visits).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Strong command of MS Excel (Advanced level) – formulas, pivot tables, dashboards.
- Proficiency in MS Office & PowerPoint presentations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to represent the company confidently at corporate and professional levels.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Professional attitude with leadership and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
