Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests professionally.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Manage guest queries, requests, and complaints.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth guest service.
- Maintain guest records and billing accuracy.
- Answer calls and respond to emails promptly.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality preferred).
- 1–2 years of Front Office experience in hospitality.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and hotel software.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
