About the Role
Invex Health Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Vice President to lead and expand our Dermo Cosmetics & Nutraceutical business vertical. This leadership role requires a professional who has successfully built business, driven significant revenue growth, managed high-performing teams, and can independently lead the division from strategy to execution.

Invex Health is a specialty healthcare company dedicated to Dermatology, Women's Wellness, and niche Pharmaceuticals. Our portfolio includes scientifically validated therapies for psoriasis, eczema, vitiligo, and women's health conditions.
In addition to our in-house product development, we acquire commercialization rights to differentiated innovations from leading pharmaceutical companies, including Piramal Enterprises Limited.
With partners across 20+ countries, we provide end-to-end scientific, regulatory, medical, and commercial support to build successful brands in international markets.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the complete Dermo Cosmetics & Nutraceutical business division independently.
· Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
· Drive domestic and international business development by acquiring new clients and expanding existing business relationships.
· Identify new market opportunities, product segments, and growth strategies.
· Build and manage a diversified product portfolio based on market demand and customer requirements.
· Develop long-term relationships with distributors, importers, institutional buyers, and strategic partners.
· Lead negotiations and close high-value business opportunities.
· Work closely with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Quality, and other internal teams.
· Provide guidance on product registrations, compliance requirements, and regulatory pathways with a working knowledge of regulations.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective business strategies.
· Mentor, lead, and build a high-performing sales and business development team.
· Prepare sales forecasts, annual business plans, budgets, and performance reports.
· Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field. MBA preferred.
· 8+ years of leadership and business development experience in Dermo Cosmetics and/or Nutraceuticals.
· Proven record of generating substantial sales and achieving revenue targets.
· Experience managing an entire business vertical or product division.
· Strong understanding of the Dermo Cosmetics and Nutraceutical industry.
· Working knowledge of regulatory guidelines applicable to nutraceutical and dermo cosmetic products.
· Experience handling multiple product portfolios and launching new products.
· Strong leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and client acquisition skills.
· Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Regulatory, Logistics, Procurement, Operations, and Quality.
· Excellent analytical, presentation, and decision-making abilities.
Pay: Up to ₹4,000,000.00 per year
