TARGETS & INCENTIVES
1. Food & Packaging Cost should be less than 30% at all times - If food cost is further reduced say 28% then incentive will be given to manager @2% of revenue
2. Sales growth target w.r.t. last year. Incentive of 1% on sales growth amount
