Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Sales Leadership
- Target Achievement: Drive top-line revenue and market share for both new and used car loan portfolios.
- P&L Management: Oversee the state’s overall Profit & Loss (P&L), optimizing acquisition costs, and increasing revenue per customer.
- Channel Expansion: Build, guide, and mentor a high-performing team of Area Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, and Field Sales staff.
2. Dealer & Partner Management
- Strategic Partnerships: Negotiate and nurture strategic tie-ups with key auto dealers, OEMs, and Direct Selling Associates (DSAs).
- Network Penetration: Expand the state’s footprint by onboarding new dealership networks and ensuring maximum product penetration.
3. Portfolio Quality & Risk Management
- Delinquency Control: Monitor portfolio performance, track state-wide Non-Performing Assets (NPAs), and implement proactive measures to control delinquencies.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to internal credit policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical lending practices.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Digital Strategy: Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Product teams to increase customer acquisition through digital platforms.
- Product Innovation: Provide valuable market intelligence to the central Product team to design competitive loan schemes and policies.
Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
