About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth for our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, meeting decision-makers, presenting digital marketing solutions, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads for digital marketing services through networking, referrals, field visits, and other prospecting methods.
- Meet prospective clients in person to understand their business requirements and marketing objectives.
- Present customized digital marketing proposals and solutions, including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Content Marketing, and Online Reputation Management.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups with prospects.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with the strategy and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of sales/business development experience, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, IT services, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and online business solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
