We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chemistry Lecturer to teach students preparing for JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET examinations. The ideal candidate will possess strong subject expertise and the ability to build conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students in Grades 11 and 12.
Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver effective classroom teaching for JEE and NEET Chemistry students.
Teach concepts in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry aligned with JEE and NEET curricula.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, MCQ-based practice materials, and study resources.
Conduct regular assessments, tests, revision classes, and doubt-clearing sessions.
Monitor student performance and provide academic guidance for improvement.
Ensure timely completion of the syllabus according to the academic schedule.
Develop students' problem-solving and analytical skills through competitive exam-oriented teaching.
Use engaging and innovative teaching methodologies to enhance conceptual understanding.
Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, parent meetings, and faculty discussions.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) or Master's Degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry.
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in JEE, NEET, or foundation-level coaching programs.
Strong subject knowledge in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
Familiarity with JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET examination patterns and syllabus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Ability to motivate, mentor, and guide students toward competitive examination success.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in coaching institutes, integrated PU colleges, or competitive examination training centers.
Ability to create high-quality study materials and assessment content.
Strong commitment to student learning outcomes and academic excellence.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
