Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to launch and continuous improvement.
- Gather and prioritize customer requirements through user research, stakeholder feedback, and market analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, quality assurance, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Prioritize product backlogs and manage feature releases using Agile methodologies.
- Analyze product performance, customer behavior, and key metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities to enhance product offerings.
- Monitor product KPIs and implement strategies to improve user engagement, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
- Manage product launches, release planning, and cross-functional communication.
- Identify product risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Mentor junior product team members and promote best practices in product management.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, or Product Strategy.
- Proven experience managing the complete product lifecycle in technology or digital product environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and product development methodologies.
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, UX/UI, and business teams.
- Strong understanding of customer experience, market research, product analytics, and business strategy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-impact product initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Pragmatic Institute, or equivalent.
- Experience with SaaS products, cloud technologies, AI/ML-enabled products, or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with product analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Tableau.
