We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Lead for our residential home furniture showroom.
Role Overview
The candidate will be responsible for handling showroom sales, converting customer inquiries into successful orders, and driving overall business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the furniture or home furnishing industry and a passion for customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert walk in customers and online inquiries into sales
- Lead and manage showroom sales activities
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams for smooth execution
- Maintain premium customer experience within the showroom

- Prior experience in furniture, interiors, or home furnishing sales
- Proven ability to convert leads into high value sales
