Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Real Estate Tele Caller Executive to join our team in Indore. This role is focused on handling client interactions over calls, generating leads, and assisting customers with property-related inquiries—without field visits. It is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators and interested in building a career in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads for real estate projects
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate property information
- Understand client requirements and share suitable property options
- Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team (no field work required)
- Maintain and update customer databases and call records
- Follow up with interested clients to convert leads into opportunities
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures
- Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
- 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales (freshers can apply)
- Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable working with targets and call-based roles
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools is a plus)
