We're looking for a passionate CAD Draftsman to join our growing team — someone eager to contribute to meaningful projects and build a long-term career with us.
Experience Required:
- 2.5 to 6 years of relevant experience in architectural and interior drafting for residential projects
- Strong hands-on experience in AutoCAD for preparing detailed working drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and layout drawings
- Experience in both exterior and interior design documentation, with a clear understanding of spatial planning and detailing
Ability to develop accurate drawings for:
- Floor plans, sections, and elevations
- Detailed construction drawings and GFC drawings
- Interior layouts and furniture detailing
- Practical exposure to facade design and development, including elevation detailing, screening elements, and finishing concepts
- Understanding of form, façade treatment, and interaction of natural light (sunlight) with building design
- Knowledge of site execution and coordination, including working closely with architects, designers, and site teams
- Experience in reviewing drawings, correcting errors, and ensuring alignment with design intent and execution standards
- Familiarity with project workflows from concept to execution, including coordination with consultants and vendors
- Preference will be given to candidates who have worked on multiple residential projects and can handle drafting independently with minimal supervision
Qualification:
- Diploma / ITI in Civil or Architecture or
- BE in Civil Engineering
Key Skills (Mandatory):
- Strong proficiency in CAD for building drawings
- Must have experience creating working drawings of buildings
- Ability to work from architectural drawings and references
Good to Have
- Knowledge of SketchUp
- Experience working in an architectural studio (preferred over construction/builder firms)
- Fair spoken and written English

Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month
(Negotiable for candidates with strong relevant experience)
