About the Role
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Insurance Process. The role involves assisting customers with insurance-related queries, providing resolution support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to insurance products and services
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customers
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Insurance Process
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities
