Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail showroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team to maximize performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming store environment
Key Requirements
- 2-3 Years experience in retails or related field
- Minimum qualification is plus two
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Salary:15000-20000
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
