Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Team Leader to lead our SEO team and manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities. The candidate should have strong SEO knowledge, team-handling skills, and the ability to drive measurable organic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the SEO team
- Plan and execute complete SEO strategies
- Monitor on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Track rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance
- Review team performance and ensure timely project delivery
- Identify SEO issues and implement effective solutions
- Prepare SEO reports and performance updates
- Train and guide junior SEO executives
- Coordinate with content and development teams
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console & Analytics
- Knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and team management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
