▪ Make outbound calls to leads from the company database
▪ Attend inbound enquiries and respond promptly
▪ Share basic property informaton and answer initial questions
▪ Qualify leads by understanding budget, location, and requirements
▪ Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
▪ Follow up consistently and keep call records updated
▪ Maintain the lead database in Excel or CRM
REQUIREMENTS
▪ 0 to 2 years of tele-calling or customer support experience
▪ Clear, polite communica(on in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus)
▪ Comfortable on the phone for long stretches and calm under pressure
▪ Basic working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools
▪ Punctual, organised, and reliable
▪ Local candidates from Navi Mumbai or Mumbai preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
