Operations Support Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Ambassadors (field staff) for vehicle pick-up and drop-off services
- Monitor job progress, route updates, and timely task completion
- Handle backend operations via our service portal and CRM
- Communicate with service centers, customers, and partners professionally
- Maintain daily operational MIS and reports
- Resolve issues or escalations from the field promptly
- Assist in training and onboarding of field personnel

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in support, logistics, or operations role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Good command of basic computer tools (Excel, email, WhatsApp, CRMs)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Experience in managing field teams or blue-collar staff is a plus
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
