Job Summary:
The Extrusion Operator will be responsible for assisting in the operation and monitoring of extrusion machines used in producing rPET (Recycled PET) food-grade granules. The role is suitable for fresher candidates interested in learning the manufacturing process, quality standards, and machine operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and operating extrusion machines under supervision.
- Feed raw materials (PET flakes) into the extruder as per production instructions.
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and machine parameters during operation.
- Support in adjusting machi ne settings to maintain product quality.
- Collect and check samples at regular intervals for quality consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness around the machine area and follow 5S standards.
- Follow safety guidelines, use PPE, and comply with company SOPs.
- Record production data such as quantity produced, waste generated, and downtime.
- Coordinate with the quality and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Qualification & Skills:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical
- Basic understanding of mechanical or production processes.
- Knowledge in PLC (preferred)
- Eagerness to learn extrusion and plastic processing operations.
- Good observation and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts.
Work Environment:
- Factory-based job with continuous machine operations.
- Work in a team environment under supervision.
