Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards.
Plan and conduct internal quality audits and coordinate external certification audits.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable quality standards.
Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality requirements.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation, procedures, work instructions, and audit reports.
Analyze quality data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Conduct supplier quality evaluations and support supplier audits when required.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and customer teams to resolve quality related concerns.
Lead root cause analysis activities using quality tools such as 8D, Fishbone Diagram, 5 Why Analysis, FMEA, SPC, etc.
Certified Internal Auditor (ISO 9001) preferred. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
