About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-orientated Articulate designer to design and develop engaging, interactive, and visually appealing e-learning courses. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise 360, along with a good understanding of instructional design, multimedia development, and learner engagement techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360
- Convert storyboards, scripts, and learning objectives into engaging digital learning experiences
- Create interactive elements including:
- Quizzes
- Assessments
- Simulations
- Scenarios
- Animations
- Click-and-reveal interactions
- Develop responsive e-learning content compatible across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Customize templates, layouts, characters, and UI elements to match branding requirements
- Collaborate with instructional designers, graphic designers, animators, and project teams
- Integrate multimedia elements such as videos, audio, graphics, and animations
- Ensure courses follow accessibility standards and e-learning best practices
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks before final delivery
- Manage multiple projects and deliver outputs within defined timelines
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with:
- Articulate Storyline 360
- Articulate Rise 360
- Review 360
- Strong understanding of e-learning development processes
- Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI publishing standards
- Experience in creating interactive learning experiences
- Good understanding of instructional design principles
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Canva (added advantage)
- Experience with video/audio editing tools is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on corporate training / LMS projects
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Understanding of UI/UX principles for digital learning
- Experience working with international clients
Education:
A bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia, animation, instructional design, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
